You can apply for Personal Cyberbanking services either in person at our branches, or online.
1.In-branch 
Please bring a valid ID card and your BEA debit card, passbook or SupremeGold Account to apply for personal cyberbanking services at one of our branches.
2.Online 
Log in to the Personal Cyberbanking section of our website (www.hkbea.com.cn) and follow the instructions. Please have your ID and BEA debit card, passbook or SupremeGold Account details ready. Please note that if you apply online, you will be able to access only a limited range of features, such as checking your balance.
