Guidelines:

1.Please scan the QR code to fill out application and schedule an account opening branch. The BEA China expects to complete the processing within 3 business days.

2.Upon approval, you may proceed to the appointment branch with your official valid ID during business hours to activate the account. If you do not visit at a BEA branch within 15 natural days after it was approved, your application will be expired, and you will need to fill out a new application.

Bring your valid ID

 

For Chinese Mainland resident, PRC Identity Card is required.

For non-Chinese Mainland resident, valid official ID used for entering Chinese Mainland is required.

3. After submitting your application, you may tap the “Application records” button in Open an Account with Us to check the application status.

4. If you have opened any settlement account with BEA China, no need to fill out an application in Open an Account with Us.
