Property Purchasing—Real Estate Financing
Product Highlights: (1) Widely coverage：providing financing to purchase offices and shops, the first hand properties and the second hand properties as well. (2) Flexible repayment schedule: fixed principal repayment schedule, fixed installment repayment schedule and Bi-weekly Repayment schedule available, any of which may satisfy enterprises' demands.
Research & development or operations expansion—Term Loan
Product highlights: (1) Providing funds to enterprises meeting special capital expenses, such as equipment purchasing, warehouse expansion, product research&development and other comprehensive business expansion plans. (2) Tailor made repayment plan in terms of enterprises' specific capital investment plan. (3) Loan tenor can be one year at minimum and five years at maximum.
