In addition to the branch network, BEA China has set up a number of self-service banking centres in the main cities of the Mainland to provide one-stop banking services for customers to manage their financial affairs more easily and conveniently.

BEA China is the first foreign member bank of China UnionPay("CUP"). The CUP-affiliated Automatic Teller Machines("ATM") of the self-service banking centres can accept debit cards issued by CUP member banks for balance enquiries and withdrawals.

The ATMs of the self-service banking centres can also provide services for VISA Card and MasterCard cardholders to check account balances and make RMB cash withdrawals. BEA China is one of the few locally incorporated foreign banks on the Mainland which can accept debit cards/credit cards issued by overseas financial institutions.

BEA China will continue to expand its distribution channels and offer an even wider range of quality banking and financial services to customers by implementing more new module machines and multi-media self-service terminals in the self-service banking centres.

Statement/Cheque Book Requests - If you are a BEA ATM cardholder in Hong Kong, you can choose to receive cheque books at your account opening branch or by registered mail with postage charged from the transacting account.

Credit Card Payment - Settle the balances of credit cards issued by other JETCO member banks without the need of prior registration.

If you are a Hong Kong MPF customer, you can enjoy the following services at our Bank's ATMs without the need of prior registration:
i.  Fund balance enquiry;
ii. Last contribution enquiry;
iii.Contribution payment for casual employees of the Industry Scheme.

Change of Display Language (for BEA ATM cards issued in Hong Kong only).

With a VISA Plus/Cirrus ATM card or VISA/MasterCard , you can check your account balance and make RMB cash withdrawals via BEA China ATMs.
